Cala Xarraca

Location: Located 5 km from Sant Joan and 27 km from Ibiza town. It is accessed by the road C-733 to Portinatx and at the height of the 17 km take the indicated offset to the left toward Cala Xarraca..

Description: Cala Xarraca has about 85 m. long and 20 m. wide. The cleat is composed of natural sand of thick grain between areas of rocks and the sea bottom is composed of sand and rocks.

Services: The beach offers the possibility to rent sun loungers and sunshades. Here visitors can also find a restaurant and a parking area.

Activities on the beach: there is the possibility to rent pedalos.

Alternative activities: because of its configuration the beach offers the possibility to enjoy diving on surface where the submarine landscape becomes spectacular finding much marine fauna. Hiking enthusiasts will find two routes that pass through Cala Xarraca, numer 3 and 4. Route number 3 unite Sant Joan and Cala Xarraca, having two possibles itineraries, one longer than the other.
